Supply Chain Executive - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job description:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Follow up with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage high inventory stocks and initiate reallocation / inter-branch transfer
• Monitor and implement inventory control measures to maintain stock holding at optimal level and ensure out of stock at minimal level.
• Manage ticketing request and ensure compliance check with relevant regulations and standards.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
• Collaborate with various departments, including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Continuously monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• To undertake any additional duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing Officer in retail or similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and market conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
