Supply Chain Management Senior Executive - Positive Work Culture

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of WH & Logistics and PMC in the day-to-day work activities.
•  Develop Material planning, purchase plan, feed plan and inventory plan according to production plan.
•  Optimize the inventory control: ensure timely distribution of finished goods to sales and materials to production.
• Responsible to review potential inventory excess before driving material/generating MRP to release to the purchasing team.
• Work with purchasing team to continuously improve accuracy of production planning parameters such as lead times, unit of purchase, purchasing trigger, etc.
• Develop recovery plans when needed to restore on time delivery goals.
• Develop procedures to utilize the capacity loading features built into Oracle system.
• Manage and coordinate customer's requirements.eg.demand plan,change request, evaluation, etc. & ensure commit ship dates to customers are met at all time.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports & keep paperwork well organized.
• Collaborate with Quality control. purchasing. logistics. sales and  management.
• Close communication with plant users on timeliness of BOM housekeeping (ECO update).
• Ensure smooth Warehouse Operations which is include of the On Time Receiving and updates into ORACLE, On Time delivery of Job Order to Production, On Time collection of FG and updates into ORACLE, On Time Loading of FG.
• Ensure no disruptions of materials supply to Production line.
• Ensure Warehouse Team is picking according to the plan
• Ensure Warehouse Team do proper labelling and tagging for picked materials.
• Ensure smooth supply of raw materials into Production as per plan planned by PMC Team
• Ensure Warehouse Team follow the right methods of receiving from Supplier
•  Ensure Inventory accuracy by plan periodic Inventory Count and reports any discrepant found immediately to PMC and find the root cause of discrepancy.
•  Ensure all loading and unloading FG / raw materials / equipment into/from container as per planned.
• Any other task assigned by Superior from time to time.
• Responsible to understand & comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.
• Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Planning & Execution, data analysis, customer focus, collaboration and  decision-making.
• Able to guide and motivate team from time to time.
• At least 5 years' experience in a planning & material control role.
• Candidate with experience in using Oracle/SAP will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all different levels.
• Take necessary disciplinary action as when required for those violate company rules and regulations. Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong Excel skills and ability to solve problems and work independently 
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output
• Ability to work efficient and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
