Penerangan Pekerjaan - Supply Chain Manager

Oversee Planning, Shipping, Warehousing, and Purchasing at the Malaysia site
Deliver on safety targets and ensure the department are working with no accidents.
Deliver on Food Safety and quality objectives in compliance with company standards (PQMS)
Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance meets or exceeds (currently 90%) as per company quality standards
Participate in leading the implementation of ERP
Ensure Production planning is executed in an effective and production cost oriented way.
Build and enhance supply chain processes with a regional focus, ensuring smooth cooperation with subsidiaries across the company
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Malaysia supply chain team
Continuous improvement in operations (S&OE), cross functional and cross geographics

Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in supply chain operations, including planning, warehousing, shipping, and procurement.
Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft systems).
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
