Supply Chain & Warehouse Internship - Fast Hire

Role Responsibilities:

1. Managing all the materials receiving /issuing operation to maintain good recording in UBS system to minimize the variance between stock quantity and UBS or ERP system quantity.
2. Distribute Delivery Order receive from supplier to Purchasing and QA department after key in goods received note.
3. Provide flexible delivery plan regarding consumption to meet the changing situation.
4. Monitoring and maintain stock card for raw materials and packaging materials.
5. Control and checking the expired foils and chemicals by monthly basis to request retest with QA and Purchasing department for any expiring items.
6. Prepare monthly inventory report for foils and chemicals.
7. Prepare monthly Department Objective report for foils and chemicals for QA department.
8. Prepare report of last in and out movements for raw materials to Finance department. 
9. Check receiving of raw materials receive from intercompany order transfer job.

Role Requirements: 

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in an equivalent field.
2. Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
4. Internship duration of minimum 3 month(s).
5. The candidate can start work immediately.
