Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sustainability Clerk

FGV Holdings Berhad is Malaysia’s leading global agri-business and the world’s largest producer of Crude Palm Oil (CPO). FGV’s operations stretch across more than 10 countries in Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe, and are focused on three main business sectors namely Plantation Sector, Logistics & Support Business (LSB) Sector and Sugar Sector. FGV is the world’s third biggest oil palm plantation operator, has the world’s largest bulking and storage facilities for vegetable oil and is Malaysia’s top refined sugar producer.

In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Pontian United Plantation

Job Description

Administrative Support
▪ Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organising schedules.
▪ Ensure sustainability documentation, policies, and procedures are kept up-to-date and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
▪ Assist in monitoring and reporting on sustainability compliance, permits, and certification requirements.
▪ Support the planning and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects.

Data Entry & Record Management
▪ Accurately and efficiently input data into computer systems or databases, including updating records, processing forms, and maintaining spreadsheets.
▪ Organise and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents for easy retrieval, including personnel files.

Document Preparation
▪ Prepare, format, and review documents, reports, and correspondence using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.

Communication
▪ Manage emails, respond to routine inquiries, and circulate relevant information to stakeholders.
▪ Handle customer, client, or employee requests professionally, providing necessary information and assistance.

Office Supplies & Inventory
▪ Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability, and maintain office equipment and inventory.
▪ Scheduling & Meeting Support
▪ Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, including preparation of meeting rooms and equipment.
▪ Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and manage logistical requirements such as catering and room setup.

Document Retrieval
▪ Retrieve information and records from files or databases as requested by colleagues or supervisors.

Other Duties
▪ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

▪ This position is based in Kinabatangan.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE

Education
▪ SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
▪ Proficient in computer applications and office software.

Work Experience
▪ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the same or related field.

COMPETENCIES KEMAHIRAN INSANIAH
▪ Demonstrates high level of integrity and professionalism.
▪ Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
▪ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. KEMAHIRAN TEKNIKAL
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
