Job Purpose:

• Develop technological business & operation improvement solutions and insights integrated with data analysis, statistical models and other quantitative methods from a vast iterative methodical exploration of COMPANYs data sets of exploration, drilling, reservoir engineering and production engineering, to drive & support strategic optimization and improvement decision makings.

Scope of Works:

• Collaborate with multiple domains from exploration, drilling, reservoir engineering and production engineering team to understand organizational and operational challenges, assessing structured and unstructured data sets and establish a connectivity among various data sources in multiple domains and systems.
• Develop and implement integrated technological aided business & operation improvement solutions systems and/or digital ecosystem that supports real-time analytics and decision makings.
• Assist in system technical support including for Sub Surface, Drilling, Development & Production application systems as well as data management support services to end users, coordinate with IT Service Desk and IT Technical resources team to ensure systems services uptime and/or recovery at best effort within Service Level Agreement/Management (SLA), ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve project issues, analyse complex business gaps and determine an IT solution, provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support business goals. Coordinate the development of projects & documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system. Collaborate with project stakeholders and end users through system development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, SPRINT or equivalent processes models.
• Manage of procure / bid, design, development, implementation, installation and testing of COMPANY E&P technical applications to ensure obtaining cost effective and appropriate application systems from vendor/outsource parties.
• Develop and establish department policies and procedures by formulating and reviewing operational needs and obtaining approval and ensure compliance with business requirements, strategies and objectives.
• Ensure the execution of planned activities or assist in planned activities related to core job responsibility in compliance and adhere with COMPANYs HSE policies and industrial standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirement(s):

• Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent, Master of Information Technology with Data Analytics profession in related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience with at least 3 years of experience in research and development of upstream E&P related data analysis.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications, including project management tool .
• Possess advanced concepts and knowledges of vast mainstream programming languages, database management systems and project management.
