Responsibilities:



  • Manage a technical team comprising Analyst Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, and Software Engineers in leading the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions.

  • Conduct Requirement Gathering, System Walkthroughs, User & Technical Training, and UAT with project stakeholders.

  • Perform High-Level and Detailed System Design using strong Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles.

  • Lead core software development specifically focusing on complex rendering logic and custom UI components using GDI+ and WPF.

  • Oversee deployment processes, including software packaging, installation, and configuration.

  • Provide Level 2/3 support and technical consultation for customers, including onsite/offsite troubleshooting for local and overseas systems.

  • Conduct technical discussions and brainstorming sessions with project teams and vendors.

  • Delegate project tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

  • Analyze and perform impact analysis on project change requests and interventions to achieve project deliverables.

  • Perform and oversee software testing (Performance, System Integration, Regression, and UAT) to ensure software quality standards are met.

  • Continuously identify technical enhancements to improve performance, scalability (Distributed Databases), and user experience.

  • Evaluate new technologies and platforms (Web, Desktop, and Kiosk) to guide strategic tech direction.


 


Requirements:



  • Experience: Proven experience in a System Analyst or Technical Lead capacity with a strong background in software engineering.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the full SDLC and Agile methodologies.

  • Core Programming: Advanced C#/.NET Mastery including asynchronous programming (async/await), LINQ, Generics, and Reflection.

  • Graphics & UI: Expert knowledge of GDI+ (System.Drawing) and WPF for high-performance custom UI development.

  • Web & Services: Proficiency in HTML5 and WCF for distributed communication services.

  • Database: Advanced MSSQL skills, including experience with Distributed Database architecture.

  • Memory Management: Proficient in using profiling tools to track heap allocation and handle memory/handle leaks.

  • Documentation: Expert in preparing project documents (SRS, RTM, System Design Specs, Test Cases, Technical/User Manuals, and Installation Guides).

  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience, providing guidance and technical advice to team members.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex problem-solving.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

  • Able to balance technical depth with business context.
