Job Summary

Defines and designs system architectures to meet business requirements. Works closely with sales teams to deliver technical expertise during pre-sales and supports execution teams in post-sales activities. Collaborates and supports sales and technical teams to develop and implement systems solutions. Ensures alignment of systems design with customer needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Analyzes customer requirements and competitor offerings to develop effective and competitive system architectures.
• Works closely with sales teams to deliver technical expertise during pre-sales and supports execution teams in post-sales activities.
• Scans and analyzes available competitor/3rd party offerings to create a competitive solution
• Designs scalable, secure system solutions integrating hardware, software, and services, and provides input to create detailed specifications and documentation.
• Coordinates with engineering, service teams, and technical subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation and compliance with customer requirements.
• Works with Proposal Manager and Technical Designer to deliver consolidated architecture proposals and verify requirement compliance.
• Works with the Technical Designer to get the control drawings and reviews the design with System Engineers for feasibility and design to cost
• Provides technical coaching to sales teams and drives continuous improvement of value propositions and technology roadmap updates.
• Supports the achievement of financial targets by assisting KAMs, Sales Specialists and agents in developing value add system solutions.
• Supports the execution of post-sales activities by addressing technical issues and optimizing system performance.
• Drives post-mortem learning loop and ensure feedback to Systems & Services Line of Business, to be used as input for the future technology roadmap updates
• Creates verification plan of customer requirements compliance
• Ensures execution implements selected architecture
• Provides technical coaching to sales teams
• Acts as a catalyst to continuously improve relevant value propositions

Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field essential for understanding complex system architectures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design, preferably within sales or pre-sales environments, demonstrating ability to develop scalable, secure solutions and collaborate with sales and engineering teams.
• Relevant industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) that validate expertise in system architecture and integration are critical for credibility and effective performance. Equivalent hands-on experience or proven technical proficiency in similar domains is also considered.
