In this position, you as a Systems Engineer play a vital role in supporting the production factory. You will have the opportunity to work across organization functions to resolve technical, quality and production challenges, as well as opportunity to develop excellence in system design and manufacturing. Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing execution system (MES) as a system administer. Ensures the effective use of MES in producing quality products at minimum costs. Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Troubleshoot new or existing product problems, involving designs, materials, or processes.\n * Designs, develops, and implements safe and cost-effective complex equipment and methods of assembly for all phases of manufacturing.\n * Define process and methods for high volume manufacturing which includes operations method sheet, routing, and sequencing.\n * Perform virtual build and create sequence of assembly.\n * Perform root cause investigation and recommend corrective action for operational problems, such as material use variances, bottlenecks, fixture issues during build or manufacturing process.\n * Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes or resolve problems and follow through resolution to reduce costs, improve product quality, and cycle time. \n * Reviews and develops designs that improve product manufacturability and assembly.\n * Coordinate new product builds in pilot production manufacturing partnering closely with manufacturing and product engineers.\n * Create and release engineering drawings \u0026 bill of materials (BOM) using Engineering Change Management process.\n * Development of handoff package to allow product transition to high volume manufacturing.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Act as system administer of manufacturing execution system CellFusion or similar system for entire production site.\n * Develop efficient procedures based on understanding of system functionality, working in close association with the manufacturing \u0026 test engineers\n * Interface with engineering and manufacturing teams on upcoming system changes impact on production\n * Ensure all technical content conforms to company documentation and quality\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Knowledge of Semiconductor equipment, Capital Equipment industry and its manufacturing processes.\n * Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English.\n * Statistical analysis skills including statistical process control and data analysis used in production setting.\n * Knowledge in C+ and Python programming will be added advantages\n * Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders or customers in technical matters.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
