YOUR ROLE 

• Management of the Concur System: Oversee the entry and management of expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring the process is efficient and compliant with company policies.


• Use of IT Tools: Demonstrate familiarity with various IT tools to optimize daily operations and enhance process efficiency.


• Creation of Queries for Reporting: Develop and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate reports useful for analysis and strategic decision-making.


• Management of External Vendors and Internal Groups: Coordinate and manage external vendors and internal groups for project execution, ensuring objectives are met within the planned time and budget.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Proficiency in Concur System:

• Deep understanding of the Concur platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for expense management.


• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to users.

Strong IT Skills:

• Expertise in using various IT tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.


• Capability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing systems.

Data Extraction and Reporting:

• Skilled in using reporting tools to extract valuable data insights.


• Experience in creating detailed reports that facilitate informed decision-making.

Vendor Management and Project Coordination:

• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects successfully.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure project objectives are met.
