Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for IP communication systems and solutions to resellers.
• Install, configure, and maintain IP communication hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation.
• Assist with system upgrades and firmware updates.
• Document technical procedures and solutions.
• Collaborate with the resellers’ IT team to resolve issues.
• Train and support resellers on IP communication products.
• 5 days week work
• Company trips
• Regular team activities
• Monthly target incentives

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 year working experiences in the related field.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking and programming.
