Talent Acquisition Operations & Employee Services Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and detailed-oriented candidate to join our Talent Acquisition Operations & Employee Services team. The Talent Acquisition Operations and Employee Services Specialist plays a vital role in managing and supporting various operational processes related to talent acquisition and work-life events to ensure seamless and effective organizational support whilst adhering to the local regulations and OCBC Group’s policies.rs, from employees to leaders, to create a seamless and intuitive digital experience.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in digital HR trends and technologies. You'll work closely with the HR team to identify areas for digital transformation, develop strategies to enhance employee experience, and implement solutions that drive business outcomes. Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
What you do
Ensure a seamless interview process including coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders.
Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, new hire record creations, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc.
Administer self service updates by new hires and employees and other relevant tasks.
Contribute to continuous process improvements
Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate employee records in Workday.
Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to stakeholders.
Any other duties or projects assigned
Who you are
Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry is preferred. Candidates from other industry is welcomed to apply.
Experience in Workday is an advantage.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act
High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organization skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Positive working attitude, results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set
Energised by a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage high volume work, with minimum supervision
Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes
