Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What Will You Do:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
