Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, experienced in mass hiring will be advantageous.
  • Result-oriented and passionate about achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse channels.
  • Utilize social media platforms to craft compelling employer branding content and engage with potential candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
