Talent Acquisition Executive - Urgent Role

Key Activities

• Co-ordinate, negotiate and liaise with employment and advertising agencies on service fees and placement of recruitment advertisements.
• Assist to screen and short-list candidates for Management's consideration.
• Schedule interview appointments and conducts interviews.
• Prepare letters of offer to selected candidates.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Manage mass recruitment/high volume hiring effectively.
• Responsible for all spectrum of the recruitment process such as screening and evaluating job application, sourcing, job advertising, interviewing and employment contract to select the right candidates.
• Be able to do one-on-one interviews and handle group interviews as well.
• Planning and manage the orientation to the new hires on first-day on-board.
• Coordinate with HODs / Hiring Managers on every new hiring request.
• Support recruitment activities, for instance, job fairs, open house and career expo.
• Handle administrative works relevant to the recruitment process.
• Other Recruitment related tasks as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum experience 3 years of experience in Recruitment field.
• Required language: English, Bahasa & Mandarin
• Computer literacy is necessary.
• Willing to work hard and under pressure.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Highly responsible and motivated.
• Background from a recruitment agency is advantageous.
• Good communication skills.
