Penerangan Pekerjaan - Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in various HR and administrative tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, human resources, office management, and other related functions. 

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall employee experience and gain valuable skills in a dynamic work environment.

What you will do:

Hiring Support:

  • To assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • To help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate information and tracking progress.
  • To assist in background screening with the vendor, credit checks and preparation of employment contracts.

Employer Branding :

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values.
  • Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.

What we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or Final Year in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
  • Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about recruitment and employer branding
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Able to do full time 3 months internship.
