Talent Acquisition Manager - Rapid Progression

Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the recruitment strategy and partnering with line managers within the business in identifying the right cultural fit and talents. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates across various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, a keen eye for identifying top talent, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet the company's talent acquisition needs.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
3. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume review, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
6. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
7. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions, job specifications, and recruitment plans for open positions.
8. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
10. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in employer branding events and activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting top talents.
3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
