Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mintel has embarked on the biggest strategic transformation in our 50 year history and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end to end recruitment process for the growing teams in Mintel. You will be based in the Kuala Lumpur office to support talent acquisition initiatives within South APAC region.

What You Will Do:

• Acts as ambassador of the company to introduce Mintel to candidates within South APAC region


• Identify and proactively build talent pipeline to meet the staffing initiatives via various channels


• Develop and executive the search strategy to support hiring needs


• Review candidate profiles for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements


• Coordinate recruitment activities with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and positive candidate experience


• Maintain accurate candidate database within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)


• Comply with local and regional government stipulated hiring guidelines and procedures


• Support HR and office daily operation when needed


• Act as the first point of contact for employee onboarding


• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

 Who We Are Looking For:

• Min 2 years of experience in talent sourcing/ talent acquisition with solid knowledge of local labor laws


• Demonstrated ability to source candidate in multitude of creative areas including social media and other channels


• Knowledge of regional talent markets is a plus


• Self-starter who takes initiative to work on the solution and uncover opportunities


• Great communicator


• Experience with using Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) would be an advantage
