Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles in Finance, Business and IT related to execute the company’s plans for expansion both for Malaysia and Singapore recruitment;
• Work closely with the recruitment team in Singapore to understand the business expectations, and specific requirements of individual hiring managers;
• Strategically source active and passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring;
• Approach suitable candidates and screen against competencies and criteria of each role;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for active job seekers, passive candidates, and other related avenues;
• Review and revise JD to ensure job fit;
• Assist the HR team in other engagements as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full recruiting cycle, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Tax, and IT related professionals;
• Experience recruiting in high volume or outsourced service roles will be an added advantage;
• A goal-oriented approach to work, proactive and take initiatives;
• Team-player with positive learning attitude and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fair negotiation skills;
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
