We are hiring a Recruiter to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, attracting and evaluating top talent for various positions within the company. Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring teams to maintain a high standard of candidate experience and contribute to the company's growth by securing skilled professionals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Possession of a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualifications in the HR or Recruitment field.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Sound comprehension of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude, capable of establishing rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and time management prowess to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data gathering and interpretation for reporting purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, spanning from advertising job vacancies to finalizing hires.
- Utilize various platforms such as job boards and social media to seek out potential candidates, posting job advertisements, and engaging with prospects.
- Assess and appraise applicants according to their qualifications.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, offering timely feedback and keeping them updated on their application status.
- Foster close collaboration with company hiring teams to ensure a seamless and comprehensive recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Working for a dynamically growing company.
