Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr

Purpose Statement: The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior will be responsible for partnering with Plexus leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the evolving human capital needs of Plexus, and introduce top talent into the Company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior will own the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selecting outstanding candidates, building a network of passive candidates, forming relationships with community and business organizations, and onboarding of new hires. As a Senior TA Specialist there will be opportunities to lead or drive projects.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Effective Partnership: Partner with HR Partners as well as Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications and selection criteria. A good business partner listens, learns, and brings forward creative recommendations to help solve talent needs.\n * Sourcing and Branding: Aggressively network, advertise, and message within various local or global platforms such as LinkedIn to engage passive candidates.\n * Hiring Excellence: Individually own full cycle recruitment consists of sourcing, phone screening, assessing, selecting, and supporting top talent through their first day. This includes the ability to assess all skills, education, salary requirements, and potential of candidates. Including a clear understanding of each candidates needs to transition to a new role. Participate when needed in formal onsite interviews.\n * Consultation: Provide advice and counsel to managers on suitability of candidates to the job, the team and the company. Help all understand we are accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices. As a Senior TA Specialist, there are also expectations of being a mentor to educate and coach other members of the TA team and organization.\n * Business Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products and services in order to sell the Company, the job and the career opportunity.\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 4 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\n * Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), using appropriate technical language and presentation skills.\n * Self-motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\n * Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.\n * Strong organizational and analytical skills needed.\n * Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.\n * Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\n * HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems.\n * General office equipment and materials\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n * Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
