Job Description

Recruitment Process Management

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and frameworks tailored to the needs of the service recipients.
• Support talent pipeline processes by gathering local market talent insights, managing sourcing and recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools, and assisting with recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.

• Act as the primary liaison with external recruitment agencies.
• Work closely with the Procurement team to manage vendors effectively, including scouting service providers, selection, negotiation, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring, and invoice processing.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Prepare business cases and participate in the implementation of digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
• Continuously review and update knowledge documents in areas of expertise.

• Prepare and translate HR communication materials into local languages as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high standards of recruitment practices.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience/Qualification: * A Bachelor's degree qualification * At at least 3 years of experience recruiting for positions based in Thailand is compulsory for this role * Fluent in spoken & written Thai and English * A seasoned recruiter who is able to work with minimal supervision * Experienced working in a large and diverse team; good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different levels of the organization * IT savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office applications * Candidates who are currently located in Thailand who are willing to relocate to Malaysia are encouraged to apply
