Job Responsibilities

1. Partner with line manager and internal resources to identify recruitment opportunities
2. Process-oriented, use strategic approaches to allocate and engage passive candidates
3. Provide data insights to identify opportunities to improve candidate experience
4. Work on global recruiting projects and conduct process and system enhancement
