Talent Acquistion Specialist - up to RM 6,500 per month - Urgent Hire

Reporting into the executive leadership team, this role requires an influential Talent Acquisition leader to be at the forefront of driving recruitment initiatives that promotes the core values of success, development, diversity, and accountability.

The right candidate will have the ability to not only mentor and guide the business but also be responsible in driving talent acquisition strategies which are aligned to the business and its long term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Acquisition and Cohort Management. Deliver full end to end talent acquisition cycle for all positions from sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates to internal business partners.
• Establishment of talent networks outside of job boards
• Marketing and expanding the brand globally. Look to share and post relevant content on platforms where candidate viewership will be high.
• Supporting training/development to drive continuous high performances across the business.
• Support HR activities across the business, ensuring compliance, administration, legislative and governance requirements are met for all employees.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar talent acquisition role. Experience with recruitment in Accounting and Finance experience highly desirable.
• Critical knowledge and experience in remunerations as well as a solid understanding of local employment laws for employees.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute, influence and make decisions for the business that would impact different stakeholders’ interest.
