Talent Attraction Specialist (Sourcing Specialist) / Fresh Graduates

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Talent Attraction Specialist (Sourcing Specialist) to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our company. Your main focus will be on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential candidates to meet our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and industry events to identify potential candidates.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct search to identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• Engage and ensure a positive candidate experience through personalized outreach, networking events, and informational interviews to build relationships and promote the employer brand.
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Organize and Participate career fairs throughout Malaysia and other supporting countries if required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native Languages
• Additional Language proficiency is added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity. 
• Ability to travel for business’s needed throughout Malaysia and other countries. 
• Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
