Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
1. Coordinate staff recruitment process and shortlist applications that meet both the job & person specifications of the hiring managers for further interview and evaluation.
2. Analyze historical sources of intake and evaluate the effectiveness of each of the recruitment channel (job advertisement, online portal, search agencies, etc.). Recommend to the Manager on the most effective sourcing platform for considerations to speed up turnaround time.
3. Schedule appointments for interview, conduct joint-interview with hiring managers, perform/coordinate reference checks (according to BNM’s Guidelines on Employee Screening), compile Interview Assessment Forms, schedule for pre-employment medical check-ups and prepare offer of employment/packages.
4. Ensure the submission of all statutory declaration forms in compliance with regulatory requirements and academic certificates/salary slips as supporting documents.
5. Prepare the necessary for new staff on-boarding and conduct briefing in familiarizing the employees with the organization, HR policies and procedures, working conditions, Code of Conduct and etc. on employee’s first day of employment.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation, keep track on recruitment expenses, as well as to manage and update job applicants’ database for easy retrieval in the future.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Organizational Chart to reflect the actual headcount and staff movement.
8. Perform special analysis and studies as and when required to support business decision making and/or requirements.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
minimum 8 years of experience in HR/Recruitment sector
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at structural thinking and problem solving.
Ability to thrive on challenges, multitask and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment where quality and speed are of essence.
