Job Title: Team Lead Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Shift: 9:00am to 18:00pm 

Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to contribute to the success and growth of our organization. Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the company's hiring needs. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talent acquisition specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Team Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the talent acquisition team, including workload distribution, performance management, and professional development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs, establish recruitment priorities, and deliver exceptional service.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and communication teams to promote the organization's employer brand and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
