Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Business Development
  1. Develop and execute team sales plans in accordance with the company's strategic objectives, with full accountability for key performance indicators such as Assets Under Management (AUM) and trading.
  2. Lead team to manage relationships with and provide ongoing service to premium clients, enhancing client experience and fostering loyalty.
  3. Guide the team in deeply understanding client needs, developing sales scripts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and accurately promoting the company's products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Building & Talent Development
  1. Be responsible for the daily management, coaching, and motivation of the sales team to enhance overall cohesion and effectiveness.
  2. Be responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of team members, dedicated to building and nurturing a high-performing sales force.
  3. Uphold and promote company culture, while establishing and continuously refining the team's internal sales processes and management protocols.
  4. This role requires working hours to align with the U.S. business hours, night shifts are required.

Must Haves

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the financial industry, including at least 1 year in a team management or key contributor role.
  3. Licensing: Must possess active FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses, plus the SIE; or commit to obtaining them post-hire.
  4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred.
  5. Strong client service orientation, a results-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior trading experience in U.S. stocks, ETFs, and options is highly preferred.
  2. Familiarity with the local US financial market and knowledge in industry competitors is a distinct advantage.
  3. Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and a collaborative team spirit, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
