Team Leader for Milk Powder

Duties and Responsibilities:

This team leader position need to monitor team for all regions within whole Malaysia.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and hit Sales Target &KPI for team.
• Provide monthly training and guide existing& new members.
• Keep track and assist recruitment headcount attendance for all region within whole Malaysia.
• Keep track return stocks & solve all outletproblems.
• Arrange field visits to audit ongoing activation.
• Planning and review for Best Outlet of the region.
• Backup and support allteam members.
• Maintain good relationship with outlet PIC to secure and add on storage / shelf in more attractive location.
• Need to support & backup for any ad-hoc tasks.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Minimum 1 yearworking experience in merchandising and lead a team at least 10 Pax.
• Good in excel, PowerPoint and etcfor reporting.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are added advantage.
• Responsible, fast response and can settle problems effective.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: RM 4,800- RM 5,500
