JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM LEADER
  • Drive and achieve KPI performance of all teams members
  • Monitor and track daily activities of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View
    ✓ Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, Stocks Weight
  • Cover outlets with unfulfilled headcount
  • Support KAM on sales strategies and operational issues
  • Conduct monthly “one-to-one” coaching & mentoring with team members
  • Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members
  • Conduct on-boarding training to new members
  • Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting
  • Conduct monthly Promotion Plan with the Merchandiser
  • Regularly meet with key outlet buyers
  • Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed
