Offline (Sales, Marketing & Operations)
Offline (Retail/Outlets):
1. Recruitment and training: brands/selling skills/soft skills/customer service, issue solving, operations, stock management, VMD, etc.
2. Reward/motivation: proposing suitable reward program for promoters; leading them in achieving the sales target; taking ownership of offline operation conflicts; and ensuring a healthy and safe environment
3. Daily operations: scheduling, customer service, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, merchandising & display, briefing the team on promotions, and back-office support.
4. Campaign, plans and mechanics: propose periodically and manage them with the promoters in enhancing customer experience and improving sales.
5. Performance: Monitor and follow up on offline KPIs by acting accordingly and ensuring promoters follow guidelines.
6. Visitation: Conduct outlet visits as part of monitoring purposes (with schedules provided on a weekly or monthly basis).
7. Inventory: Manage offline inventory, coordinate stock take, oversee stock sufficiency, ensure promoters restock accordingly, and manage stocks in all offline stores.
8. Customer service: interact with offline customers occasionally to understand their needs and wants, resolve issues, improve our brands, etc.
9. VMD/POP/POSM: work with the internal team on creatives required, such as posters and social media posts, to promote offline and ensure outlets meet the brand’s standards and requirements of the malls; update VMD weekly with promoters, etc.
10. Liaison with the mall management and respective PICs: space sourcing for promotional activity; participation in mall marketing campaigns; adherence to requirements, SOPs of the mall; update of promotions/new launches/restocks; finance-related matters, etc
11. Upkeep and renovation: source and coordinate with contractors for offline
12. HQ meetings and executions: attend all meetings pertaining to offline at HQ and work on the executions.
13. Sales & marketing update: overall performance update and reporting to the supervisor; managing improvement plans and strategies.
14. Competitors: visit other brands and compile feedback for internal improvement (products, trends, customer relationships, etc.).
15. To carry out any ad hoc duty assigned by the supervisor in the department's capacity.
Offline (Events):
1. Locations: source and coordinate with external parties (agencies, malls, etc.) to secure suitable locations.
2. Sales and budget: prepare calculation (costing) for discussion and approval, post-mortem, etc.
3. Liaisons with organizers/contractors: timelines, set-up, dismantling, permits, lorry, floor maps, communications, etc.
4. Liaison with the internal team: coordinating and managing set-up/dismantling, logistics, inventory, schedules, creatives, prints, marketing plans, etc.
5. Promoters: recruitment; briefing of sales and marketing promotions to promoters, etc.
6. Weekend/public holiday: participating in and managing events that may fall on weekends and during public holidays when required.
