Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telemarketing executives to achieve sales and customer engagement targets

• Conduct coaching, performance monitoring, and provide guidance to team members

• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery

• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity

• Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports to management

• Ensure team compliance with company scripts, policies, and quality standards

Requirements

• Preferably fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); English is required

• Previous experience in telemarketing with leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and manage a team in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

• Willing to work on-site in the PJ office
