About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Team Member, Business Services to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional, high-quality service and support across the bank’s products and services. You will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided, and upholding the bank’s commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing accurate information on banking products and services.
Deliver timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service quality.
Communicate clearly and effectively to help customers understand complex financial information.
Apply critical thinking to analyze customer needs and propose effective, practical solutions under pressure.
Navigate and utilize multiple computer systems, including CRM platforms and banking software, to support customer transactions and service requests.
Provide an outstanding customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and genuine care in every interaction.
Escalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and complete resolution.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within banking, financial services, or a contact center environment.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and professional writing skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information quickly and propose practical solutions.
Proficiency with standard office software and comfort using multiple systems simultaneously.
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
