Team Member, Business Services

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Member, Business Services to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional, high-quality service and support across the bank’s products and services. You will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided, and upholding the bank’s commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing accurate information on banking products and services.

• Deliver timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service quality.

• Communicate clearly and effectively to help customers understand complex financial information.

• Apply critical thinking to analyze customer needs and propose effective, practical solutions under pressure.

• Navigate and utilize multiple computer systems, including CRM platforms and banking software, to support customer transactions and service requests.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and genuine care in every interaction.

• Escalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and complete resolution.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within banking, financial services, or a contact center environment.

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and professional writing skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information quickly and propose practical solutions.

• Proficiency with standard office software and comfort using multiple systems simultaneously.

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
