Team Member, Pre-NAV, Static & Corporate Actions

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Team Member, Pre-NAV, Static & Corporate Actions to join RHB Asset Management Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting pre-NAV activities, static data setup, and corporate actions processing, while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions and instructions. You will work closely with internal teams and external counterparties to uphold strong operational controls and regulatory compliance.

What you will be doing

• Perform and support processes related to trade processing and instructions to counterparties

• Act as preparer for trade and settlement instructions prepared by team members

• Act as preparer for static data setup for stocks and unit trust funds

• Prepare and process corporate actions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Act as authorizer, where required, in accordance with approved workflows and controls

• Ensure completeness and timeliness in capturing all transactions and instructions

• Resolve operational issues through strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements and operational enhancements

• Provide cross-support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations when required

• Experience or strong exposure to pre-NAV processes, corporate actions, trade processing, or static data management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills

• Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness

• Good understanding of operational controls and regulatory requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proactive mindset with willingness to support process improvements and cross-team initiatives
