Team Member, Trade Validation & Confirmation - Dynamic Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills.
• Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team.
• Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams.
• Perform trade validation, checking & confirmation matching for Treasury deals (FI, MM, FX and Derivative products).
• Interactive communication with internal and external parties e.g. GTGM, clients, brokers, Financial Institutions for effective and efficient receipts of deals’ source document and counter checking with MUREX.
• Check both inward and outward confirmations and perform confirmation matching on Treasury trade deals.
• Preparation and delivery of confirmation letter, advices, statement to customers.
• Prepare response to audit confirmation request from customers / counterparties for Treasury trades.
• Update incomplete transactions in ESSCBOP for Treasury trades.
• Prepare monthly brokerage fee reporting .
• Raise GL accounting entries for Treasury trade related items.
• To support the operations of regional RHB branches during local public holiday.
• To assist Senior Team Member/Team Lead/Circle Lead in BAU and ad-hoc matters.
• To assist other Team/Circle as and when required
   

Requirements:

• Degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics or other relevant discipline.
• 1 year / Treasury Operations / Banking.
• Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions.
• Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members).
• Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others' views.
