About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Member, UT/FA/REITS/E-Money to join RHB Trustees Berhad. This role involves executing and overseeing a broad spectrum of trustee-related activities, from transactional processing and system maintenance to compliance reporting and client servicing. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations across unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and e-money portfolios.

What you will be doing

• Execute and verify instructions for trade transactions, corporate actions, money market placements, forex deals, income distribution notifications, fee instructions, and unit cancellation payments for REITs
• Input and approve various transactions in the system, including trades, corporate events, journal entries, fee charges, income distribution, and creation/cancellation of units
• Conduct and review monthly stock reconciliations, compliance verification reports, Shariah verification reports, annual/interim reports, XBRL filings, and draft offering documents
• Perform system maintenance and enhancements, including updating forex rates, prices, indices, forward rates, and trade matching
• Prepare internal and external regulatory reports in accordance with compliance requirements
• Manage financial and accounting matters such as invoice processing, payment input, and company expense requisitions
• Oversee the establishment of designated accounts as per PTC Documents / Assignment of Charge Documents
• Attend key meetings including preliminary, client, MANCO, and Board of Directors sessions
• Ensure timely execution of all necessary documentation and resolutions
• Support enforcement action against default issuers by coordinating with solicitors and bondholders
• Verify documentation and review transactions to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
• Maintain and regularly update the department’s Operating Manual

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in financial services, investment banking, legal, or auditing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Analytical and process-driven mindset
• Self-motivated and passionate about financial services and capital markets
• Knowledge of capital market regulations, especially in the context of trustee services and REITs
• Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements within the Malaysian financial landscape
