Job Description

We are looking for a Solutions Delivery associate responsible for assisting in the management of technical connections and understanding how to better deliver our core products to our customers. Leveraging on your technical acumen, your primary focus will be understanding business requirements and understanding enquiries from valued and prospective partners to ideate, develop and deliver solutions, both technical and non-technical in nature, as well as support integrations with backend services. You will be working alongside back-end support including Engineering, UI/UX and Project Management as well as other front-end stakeholders including Operations, Compliance and Business Development divisions among others. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in day-to-day workflow planning for the Product and Engineering teams relative to software development

● Identify user problems and ideate creative solutions around existing product offering and platforms

● Create complete process documentation including but not limited to flowcharts, work instructions, definitions, operational instructions, etc. as required to perform the function

● Provide support in the roll out of mature process methodology enhancements to improve delivery of products and other company solutions

● Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Partnerships, Compliance, Operations & Business Development to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business requirements

● Assist in directing research, analysis and process improvements relative to existing products and initiatives

● Responsible for maintaining and growing partner relationships, and will have a combination of new business development and existing business expansion responsibilities.

● Keeps current with industry trends, quality initiatives and technology developments.

● Manage development and offer support to potential partners integrating to products and solutions and maintain good relationship throughout the different stages, from kick-off meetings, review process, and go-live submissions

● Be prepared to perform on-the-ground technical support for deployment of Enterprise Solution products

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

● Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant Business Analyst field preferred.

● Genuine interest in tech or fintech space, good knowledge of agile development is a bonus.

● Charismatic nature to understand and address client's needs effectively.

● Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA, Postman, and keen interest in Agile methodologies would be preferred.

● Ability to ensure client satisfaction through technical and layman solutions and actively monitor client feedback.

● Excellent problem-solving & critical thinking skills as well as an analytical mindset.

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

● Ability to travel domestically for work-related purposes.
