Technical Account Manager - Immediate Start

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for customer on-site communication and coordination; 
• Responsible for project implementation planning, project team and project progress management and reporting; 
• Responsible for customer demand research, participate in project demand review, case review; 
• Prepare project documents such as system implementation report and acceptance report; 
• Responsible for customer new demand change management; 
• Leveraging the product and technology framework of AntChain, assist clients in refining their business architecture and processes. This includes customizing best practices, establishing exception handling mechanisms, and devising contingency plans for problem resolution. Additionally, facilitate clients' profound understanding of AntChain and continuously enhance their technical proficiency in utilizing our product. 

Job Requirements: 

• Excellent English & Malay, or good Mandarin (Advantage) 
• Bachelor degree or above, computer, information management, accounting and other related majors preferred; 
• More than 5 years of work experience, more than 2 years of project management experience; 
• Be able to communicate with customers independently, excellent expression; 
• In-depth industry project experience is preferred, such as traditional financial industry, energy industry, government, etc; 
• Familiar with the project management theory system, with the group enterprise information project practical operation experience; 
• Having good team spirit, communication and coordination skills, work actively; 
• Strong engagement with stakeholders and have deep understanding with both external and internal customer culture
