Technical Assistant / Assistant Architect / Drafter (Architecture)

Qualifications & experience

• Have Diploma/Degree in Architecture.
• Two (2) years working experience in architectural works in advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software and/or other drafting tools.
• Good knowledge in Building By-laws and planning requirement.
• Good command of both English and Malay.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines and maintain consistent quality

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist the Architect to prepare 2D design drawings, schedule and documentation for the conceptual design and design developments.
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other provided information.
• Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
