Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and their technical requirements

• Assisting to write job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

• Source and conduct technical screenfor candidates competency within the job requirements before presenting hiring managers with quality candidates.

• Keep track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.

• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

• Performing background and reference checks, as well as offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

HR Operations

• Responsible for end to endemployment pass/work pass application incomplianceto all government and statutory requirements.
  Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house

• Familiar with end to end process of the recruitment cycle

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Strong understanding of open source technologies and technical jargons in software engineering, infrastructure, data science & embedded systems

• Prior experience into work pass application for tech talents (compulsory)
