Technical Sales Engineer - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for commercial sales growth, engineering system design and support.
2. To develop heat pump and renewable energy hot water solutions for targeted key accounts.
3. Build a customer relationship network with key accounts a follow up with local partners.
4. Size, Design, Tender and quotation of commercial product systems.
5. Track and follow-up project quotations and customers.
6. Commissioning of systems at site when required.
7. Willing to travel when required for technical support.
8. Summarize activities and sales performance monthly.

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Tertiary qualifications and experience considered.
2. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
3. Exposure to renewable energy, and or water heating background preferred.
4. Exposure to contracting terms of tenders.
5. Proficient at sales presentations.
6. Able to work on site during commissioning when required, and conduct product training.
7. Experience in installations and servicing of commercial water heating and/or HVAC systems.
8. Good mechanical plumbing knowledge preferred.
9. Understanding of renewable energy product/systems advantageous.
10. Ability to work on own initiative and independently.
11. CAD Drawing skills required, reading of engineering drawings, able to create schematics
