TECHNICAL & SALES ENGINEER (LITHIUM BATTERY) - Start Now

Job Description:

• To learn & familiarize all the technology and production in the company with technical know-how supported by principal product suppliers.
• Prepare sales plans and secure orders for the company's products, solutions, and services, and achieve the sales and income target (monthly/annually) as assigned by the company.
• Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development, with special emphasis on the project and end-user market.
• Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for inquiries, orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem solutions, etc.
• Plan and conduct technical seminars or solutions/product demonstrations to prospective customers in a professional and high-quality manner.
• Conduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support, and other market information.
• Attend to customers' complaints and inquiries with professionalism and integrity.
• Gather market information so as to keep the company updated on the competition and market movements and the company's position in the market.
• Attend all necessary project site meetings when required in order to ensure a smooth handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or other related engineering field.
• 3 to 5 years of technical & sales experience in battery or related products.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills with technical products.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to visit customers (local & overseas). 
• Able to speak Mandarin.
