Jobsummary

We are looking for aSales Engineer / Executive to assist with the selling of our Test& Measurement Instruments, Climatic Chambers, Calibrationproducts and Engineering Services. His/her responsibilities includeseeking for new customers, maintaining product knowledge, functionsand assisting to close sales.

Duties& Responsibilities

To besuccessful as a sales engineer / executive, you should haveknowledge of our company's products and services and relate thisknowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technicalcustomers. Self-driven to achieve your sales goals and should haveexcellent sales and customer service skills.

• Conductmarket research to identify selling possibilities and evaluatecustomer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunitiesthrough cold calling, networkingetc.
• Set up meetings with potential clientsand listen to their wishes andconcerns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations onproducts and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports withsales and financial data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handlecomplaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achievebetter results.
• Gather feedback from customers orprospects and share with internalteams.
• Provides support tocustomers and resolves problems with installedequipment.
• Performs other duties asassigned.

RequiredSkills/Abilities:

• Proven salesexperience or relevantrole
• Dynamic, adaptive person with a passionfor sales
• Thorough understanding of marketing andnegotiating techniques
• Good verbaland written communicationskills.
• Initiative-taking with a purposefulapproach
• Excellent sales and customer serviceskills with a proven ability to explain technical products tonon-technical audiences.
• Excellentorganizational skills with attention todetails
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/orrelated software.
• Proficiency in English or any otherlanguages is an added advantage.

Education andExperience:

• Diploma /Higher National Diploma
• 1-3 years salesexperience needed.
