Technical Sales Manager - Hiring Fast

Sales Revenue

• To increase sales revenue and generate new revenue stream by identifying new opportunities for RFM products such as RF cable assemblies, Power Amplifier and other’s RF opportunities in Test & Measurement and Communications market segment
• Work with Country Manager in developing Key Customers in Malaysia
• Direct Engagement with customer in sales, product applications and technical queries
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales revenue target
• Update sales activities in CRM
   

Customer Satisfaction

• To plan, organize and manage customer relations resulting customer satisfaction.
• To establish strong relationship and network with new customers and existing customers.
• Work closely with customer service team to ensure delivery reliability target is met.
   

Strategic Tasks

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities from new or existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities from key line cards
• Working closely with Country Lead in Malaysia to develop unique proposition in engaging market needs through our product line and services

Requirements

• Degree, preferably in Electrical and RF/Electronic Engineering
• At least 5-8 years in RF Passive Products/RF industry
• Experience in RF Cable and Cable Assembly is an added advantage
• Good track record on Sales performance
• Required skill(s): Sales Forecast & Planning, Project Management Skill
• Ability to understand the client’s needs & present solutions
