Technical Sales Support Asst Manager / Manager - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities 

1. Fully in charge of developing Phenolic Tackifier Resin and grow the business.
2. Assist the GM, Technical Sales & Support in powder resin export market and other specialty resins.
3. Collaborating technical activities with existing and new customers for potential applications.
4. Collaborating R&D works with R&D Department concerning development & improvement of products.
5. Provide technical support & recommendations to customers on application of products.
6. Attend to customer complaints and provide trouble shooting guide.
7. Attend to trial of improved or new product launching.
8. Monitor closely sales volume to achieve budgeted sales.
9. Participate & coordinate of oversea exhibition.
10. Coordinate with the respective team to prepare forecast, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
11. Carry out market research, monitor competitors’ activities, conduct customer surveys and maximizes all opportunities to achieve sales growth and profit target of products in assigned area.
12. To actively establish and develop relationships with existing and potential customers through commercial activities.
13. To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Polymer or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in adhesives or chemicals fields. Experience in alkyl phenol tackifier resin, contact resin or foundry resin will be an advantage.
3. Candidates with technical knowledge and R&D background are encouraged to apply.
4. Independent, assertiveness, team player and high commitment. Responsible and willing to take new challenges. Strong trouble shooting skills is needed.
5. Good English language skills and ability to speak Mandarin & other Chinese dialects.
6. Flexibility to respond to changing customer and market requirements.
7. Excellent communication skills, power of persuasion and negotiating skills.
8. Possess own transport and keen to travel widely (outstation & oversea).
