Job Description
- Provide IT helpdesk support via phone call, in-person, email and e-ticketing system
- Respond to customers’ inquiries and incidents reporting according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for in-house applications, mobile, hardware and software applications
- Monitor and upkeep of OS, software version and patches
- Involve in system documentation and testing for in-house applications
- Prepare monthly management reports and IT Newsletters
Job Requirement
- Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 2 - 3 years hands-on working experience in IT Helpdesk Support
- Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge in computer hardware, software, Windows OS and Mac OS
- Pleasant, diligent and possess good communication skills, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team
- Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but who have strong academic credentials will also be considered
