Technical Support Engineer (Machine Vision)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Robotics & Automation industry with a strong presence globally. They are currently seeking a Machine Vision Engineer to become a part of their team as they expand into the Asian market.

THE ROLE

The Machine Vision Engineer is responsible for:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs
• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of machine vision solutions
• Provide customers with in-depth technical guidance on product integration, configuration and operation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
• Proven experience in machine vision technology and applications
• Proficiency in any one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Python or C#. Strong knowledge in Halcon or VisionPro will be a plus
