Technical Support – IT Helpdesk
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide various IDC services for after-sales maintenance and technical support to customers who have purchased our company's products;
- Responsible for answering technical problems submitted by customers online;
- Responsible for actively handling business failures encountered by customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Work requirements:
- Excellent communicator with fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
- Have strong adaptability, coordination ability, learning ability, and be able to handle problems independently;
- Familiar with operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux;
- Good psychological quality, strong sense of responsibility and lively personality;
- The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
