Job Descriptions:
- Provide remote or onsite technical support on SD-WAN product debugging and troubleshooting
- Perform technical service work of SD-WAN project remote or onsite delivery, handle urgent business requests and issues from customers
- Compose and maintain technical documentation and reports as required. Per project need, short term travel to customer location (domestic or overseas) may be required
Job Requirements: - 4 years or above experience in servicing SD-WAN or any related field.
- Fuent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, favorable Mandarin listening and speaking, normal reading and writing
- Solid experience in network device debugging project with in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and routing switch:
Junior: experienced engineer with solid knowledge, need help on key points when solving problems
Mid-level: very experienced engineer, can solve most of customer problems alone, may need help on difficult or complicated problems
Senior: solid experienced engineer and able to lead the team for service delivery and problem solving, able to provide help to others - Good customer focus, service awareness, communication and coordination skills
