Technical Training Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

As part of a global team of trainers based all over the world, the main purpose of this role is to deliver engaging, interactive, and actionable training on software, data and analytics to clients and internal associates using a pre-defined global curriculum as a base 

Key responsibilities 

• Delivery of training to local and international clients in English and Mandarin.
• Working with local teams to localize training where needed.
• Assist in the maintenance of basic digital content.
• Delivery of training to internal associates.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to create and deliver high-quality training materials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating across global teams.
• Experience working with data sets, particularly RMS (Retail Measurement Services) or CPS (Consumer Panel Services), is highly desirable.
• Prior experience delivering training especially in a software, data, or analytics context is a strong advantage.
